ProLogis spending in China continues
ProLogis said it will spend $30 million on a logistics park in the city of Shenyang in Northeast China, the China Economic Review reported Thursday.
It's part of a massive investment that ProLogis, a global developer of warehouse and distribution centers, has made and will continue to make in China. The report said that through June, ProLogis has invested $500 million this year and expects to spend a similar amount next year in expanding its reach in China.
