ProSight Specialty Insurance has launched a specialty insurance program for third party logistics customers that will be distributed through Artex Risk Solutions and the Leavitt Group (Pridemark Everest Insurance Services).
ProSight focuses on niche insurance markets that require differentiated underwriting and claims practice and expertise, and the company said it chose partners here based on the distributors’ knowledge of customers in this space.
“Warehouse legal liability coverage requires unique insight into the risks faced by the third party logistics industry,” said Michelle Sipple, program executive at ProSight. “Typical policies purchased by warehousing customers don’t address the unique needs of each customer’s operation.”
Leavitt Group provides business insurance to commercial clients and is one of the largest privately held insurance brokerage in the country. Artex is a global alternative risk and insurance program management firm that focuses on specialty programs around capacity and collaborative broker agreements.
