ProTrans expands in Laredo, Texas

Third party logistics services provider ProTrans has opened a new 222,000-square-foot cargo handling facility in Laredo, Texas, along the U.S.-Mexico border.
ProTrans, based in Indianapolis, has operated in Laredo since 1996.
“There are no facilities like this in the Laredo marketplace that have as many dock doors, trailer staging/parking areas, as much square footage and overall logical material flow than our new building,” said Shawn Masters, ProTrans’ chief commercial officer, in a statement.
ProTrans operates about 25 cargo-handling facilities in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
