Quinter chairs Broward international committee
Fort Lauderdale-based attorney Peter Quinter today assumed the role of chairman of the International Committee of the Broward Alliance, a business and commerce development organization.
Quinter, who is a partner in the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff, replaces Carlos Buqueras, director of business development at Port Everglades, who remains an active member of the committee. Fred Rogacki, president and chief executive officer of International Warehouse Services in Fort Lauderdale, has taken over as vice chairman of the committee.
The committee holds open meetings the first Thursday of every month, and focuses on growing international commerce within Broward County. Additional information about the committee and the Broward Alliance is available at www.browardalliance.org.
