RoadOne expands New England operations via acquisition

RoadOne IntermodaLogistics looks to expand its operations in southern New England and business with the marine terminals at the Port of New York and New Jersey through its recent acquisition of C&V Trucking.

   RoadOne IntermodaLogistics looks to expand its operations in southern New England and business with the marine terminals at the Port of New York and New Jersey through its recent acquisition of C&V Trucking.
   Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
   Based in Milford, Conn., C&V has more than 30 new trucks and a new terminal next to interstates 95 and 91.
   RoadOne now operates in more than 40 locations with over 1,000 drayage tractors in key intermodal locations across North America.
