Roadrunner moves headquarters to Illinois

The trucking and intermodal company, formerly of Cudahy, Wis., has also hired Terence R. Rogers as the new executive vice president and chief financial officer in wake of costly accounting errors uncovered in January.

Logistics service provider Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. will be moving its corporate headquarters from Cudahy, Wis., to its existing office in Downers Grove, Ill., in an effort to give the new executive management team easier access to customers and operating units, the company said in a statement.
Back in January, an internal investigation at Roadrunner uncovered costly accounting errors, including unrecorded expenses, forcing the firm to review its unaudited financial statements and quarterly reports dating back to 2014.
Accordingly, the company has also announced that Terence R. Rogers has joined the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
“I am excited to announce the addition of Terry Rogers, who is an experienced and skilled CFO, to our management team at Roadrunner,” said Curt Stoelting, chief executive officer. “Adding Terry completes the hiring of our new executive management team. Our strong team is focused on moving the company forward and building long-term shareholder value.”
Prior to joining Roadrunner, Rogers worked as chief financial officer for The Heico Companies, LLC., for four years and an additional 17 years in financial positions with industrial metal processor Ryerson Inc.
