ROLFE NAMED PRESIDENT OF WORLDPOINT INTERMODAL MARKETING UNIT
WorldPoint Logistics a Bellevue, Wash.-based holding company that acquires and consolidates transport providers, has promoted Rusty Rolfe to president of RISS/USSI, the company’s intermodal marketing and highway transportation subsidiary.
Rolfe joined the firm in June as executive vice president of sales and marketing. He also worked for APL Ltd. for more than 10 years in a number positions, including director of sales for the ocean carrier and director of the company’s former stacktrain division. He also worked for Conrail in a senior sales position.
