Netherlands-based Samskip Logistics took full ownership of German logistics company Züst & Bachmeier (Bremen) GmbH.
Netherlands-based Samskip Logistics has acquired a full ownership stake in German logistics company Züst & Bachmeier (Bremen) GmbH, according to a statement from the company.
The Bremen-based staff will continue to perform a range of dry and reefer forwarding activities including full-container-load, less-than-container-load, airfreight and warehousing, Samskip said.
Züst & Bachmeier (Bremen) GmbH will be merged into the forwarding activities of Samskip GmbH in the near future, under the management of Harald Dönselmann.
