Saverco completes privatization of CMB

Saverco has acquired all the outstanding shares of ship and aircraft lessor CMB and delisted it from Euronext Brussels on Dec. 22.

   Saverco has acquired all of the outstanding shares of ship and aircraft lessor CMB and delisted it from Euronext Brussels on Dec. 22, effectively finishing the privatization of the Antwerp, Belgium-based company.
   Saverco now controls all 35 million shares of CMB, absorbing the remaining outstanding shares through a simplified squeeze-out bid, which is allowed under Belgian law.
