SCHENKER INC. USA OPENS LOGISTICS HUB IN INDIANAPOLIS
Schenker Inc. USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schenker A.G., has opened a second integrated logistics center, in Indianapolis.
The facility provides more than 130,000 square feet of warehouse space and more than 40 logistics staff. The center provides international and domestic transportation management and warehouse solutions.
'Indianapolis offers excellent access to all key retail points throughout the USA, which thereby increases the velocity of the order-to-delivery cycle at a very competitive and efficient price point,' said Andrew Dancescu, vice president, integrated supply chain solutions.
The company opened its first integrated logistics center in Miami last year.
