SDV buys Pro-service

SDV International Logistics, the transport and logistics division of France's Bollor' Group, has acquired Pro-Service Forwarding Co. Inc. to increase its presence in the North American market. No financial details were disclosed.

   Founded in 1979, Pro-service generates annual revenue of about $50 million and employs 100 people located across seven agencies in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Houston, Miami, Seattle, and Chicago.
