SORGENFREI NAMED HAMBURG PORT MARKETING CHAIRMAN
Dr. Jurgen Sorgenfrei has been appointed chairman of the Port of Hamburg Marketing Association, the marketing and promotional arm of the German port, effective Sept. 1.
He succeeds Dr. Hans-Ludwig Beth, who is retiring after a decade in the position.
Sorgenfrei joins Port of Hamburg Marketing Association from Hamburger Hafen- und Lagerhaus-AG (HHLA), the German stevedoring and warehouse operator, where he was head of the marketing and project department.
