Leeco Steel is planning to open a 98,000-square-foot distribution center at Port Tampa Bay, the company’s first location in Florida, in April.
The company will use the location to help expand its offerings in the Southeast.
“Leeco’s announcement of their new facility further supports the port’s role as an expanding gateway to the Florida market and for the steel sector we serve in the region,” Port Tampa Bay Chief Executive Officer Paul Anderson said in a statement.
Leeco Steel currently has 10 locations around the country.
