Stefflre elected IANA chairman
The Intermodal Association of North America said its board of directors has elected Greg Stefflre, chief executive officer of Rail Delivery Services as chairman for 2009.
Stefflre succeeds Theodore Prince, principal of T. Prince & Associates.
Stefflre, who is currently serving his eighth year on the IANA board, is one of the association's original motor carrier division board members. He served in that capacity from 1992 to 1997, and was subsequently re-elected as an at-large member in 2007.
Rounding out the team of newly-elected members of IANA's executive committee are Stephen G. Branscum, group vice president for consumer products at BNSF Railway, who will become vice chairman; and Steve Rubin, president of Seacastle Chassis, who will serve as treasurer.
