Supply Chain Shipping, the transportation arm of Supply Chain Solutions Inc., has contracted with IES Ltd., a provider of software used by transportation intermediaries, for an integrated suite of accounting, import, export and Web tracking applications to improve supply chain performance.
Located in Kentwood, Mich., Supply Chain Shipping provides services such as less-than-truckload, truckload and flatbed transportation, ocean and air freight, expedited shipping, intermodal and multimodal transportation, vendor-managed warehousing and distribution. The company's parent, Supply Chain Solutions, facilitates supply chain improvements globally. IES Ltd. is based in Midland Park, N.J.
