French-based Synchroteam, which provides cloud-based products for managing mobile workforces such as technicians and inspectors, as well as parts movement and inventory management in Europe, has opened its first U.S. office in Miami Beach.
Synchroteam, a French company that provides cloud-based products for managing mobile workforces such as technicians and inspectors, as well as parts movement and inventory management in Europe, has opened its first U.S. office in Miami Beach, according to the Beacon Council, Miami-Dade County’s economic development partnership.
Since its founding in 2010, the company has developed programs for managing employees in fields including energy, maintenance, medical, telecommunications, security, and heating and air conditioning.
Managers can track employees and their planned routes in real time, dispatch employees from a single map view, and generate invoices for parts and services used on the job. Another module allows for the management of parts moving between warehouses and fleets to make sure they are ready and in place for any service call.
