A New Jersey supply chain company is making its workforce more inclusive by partnering with a local nonprofit to train people who have autism, providing them skills to become competitive job candidates.

At the 14th Annual Bike Tour with MTS for Autism, attendees got to hear firsthand from students who have benefited from the funds raised in past years.

Each year, MTS Logistics sponsors the biggest bike event in the shipping industry to raise funds for Spectrum Works, a nonprofit workforce training program that provides job training and employment opportunities for young adults with autism.
