Businesses looking to expand their diverse-owned supplier base may find success by turning to local businesses.

XPO Logistics released a sustainability report that hones in on recruiting underrepresented groups and using optimization to reduce emissions.

“We’re offering a $50 incentive to certified diverse carriers for every load that they haul with us,” said Jennifer Wong.
