Next step in California drayage wars: bill would look to punish retailers using sanctioned trucking companies
California is introducing the ‘Dignity in the Driver’s Seat’ bill which would be a gamechanger by going up the supply chain and holding trucking companies and big-box retailers accountable for prevelant driver exploitation.
