FreightWise has acquired Kuebix from Trimble with the aim of creating one of the top transportation management system platforms in the country.
“We understand that the transition from Kuebix to MyCarrier may seem stressful for some of our shippers, but Estes, Trimble and MyCarrier are committed to simplifying the process,” said President and CEO Rob Estes.
Just two years after acquiring Kuebix in a $200 million deal, Trimble announced it will entirely shut down the TMS provider by the end of 2025.
