Pointer Telocation

Four Israeli companies have secured contracts with Pointer in the past year.

I.D. Systems, which renamed itself PowerFleet, will keep the Pointer brand, a well established player in the international wireless truck asset management space.

I.D. Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDSY) announced its acquisition of Pointer Telocation Ltd. (NASDAQ: PNTR; TASE: PNTR) on March 14 in a transaction valued at approximately $140 million.
