Customers taking part in BNSF’s program to develop facilities on BNSF-owned real estate invested $1.1 billion in those facilities in 2020.

The railroad has named three locations to be part of its site-ready industrial development program.

The rail sites are for manufacturers wanting to expand their footprint domestically or tap into the export network.
