FedEx is rebranding its cargo jets by erasing the Express descriptor to signify there are no longer separate Express and Ground operations, just One FedEx.
“We are experiencing rapid growth across different customer segments and verticals, and more and more companies from non-trucking industries are asking to use our products. We believe that as we are entering our next phase of growth, the time is right to implement this change,” said Motive CEO Shoaib Makani.
“We decided this rebrand was right for us now because we knew people tend to think of us based on what our business did when they met us or based on what service they hired us for. We’re so much more now and wanted our name and brand to represent that.” says CEO Peter Rentschler.
