Section 301 investigation

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative acknowledged, “the imposition of tariffs on certain Chinese imports has resulted in an overall decline in the availability of needed medical equipment and supplies.”

An Office of the U.S. Trade Representative investigation concludes that a French tax on digital services discriminates against U.S. companies, such as Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon.
