Oil prices fell by 6% yesterday after Libya’s National Oil Corporation announced the reopening of oil ports and recommencing the production of 700,000 barrels per day.

The cost of traffic congestion each year to the transportation industry is staggering. In 2015, the industry experienced over 996 million hours of delay because of congestion.
