California trucking school owner pleads guilty to $4.2 million scam to defraud Veterans Affairs Department
The owner of a Chatsworth, California-based truck driving school pleaded guilty to five counts of wire fraud, admitting he participated in a scam to bilk the VA out of more than $4 million.
