US East Coast port sees largest-ever boxship call
The OOCL Iris on Tuesday became the largest-ever container ship to call the Port of Charleston.

“We’ve had helicopters land on our terminal and we open the container and take one part out, put it on the helicopter and a helicopter flies to the plant. You just can’t do that in nonoperating ports.”
Fifteen projects net funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration.
