Restaurants impacted by recent disasters such as Hurricane Ida and the California wildfires are eligible to apply.

The U.S. House of Representatives defeated an amendment late Wednesday that would have restricted funding for the ELD mandate until at least Sept. 30, 2018. The amendment was added to an appropriations bill by Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX).

An already robust spot truckload freight market is now reacting to the effects of Hurricane Harvey, and with Irma on the horizon and wild fires burning out west, is now showing few signs of slowing down.
