TMM LINES BRINGS AGENCY NETWORK IN-HOUSE IN U.S.

   TMM Lines has set up a network of owned sales offices throughout the U.S.
   The Mexican carrier has ended the agency agreement with third-party
agent Trans American Steamship Agency to bring the work in-house, as part of a
restructuring program.
   TMM Lines said that owned offices will allow a consistent standard of
service to be put in place throughout the organization.
