TNT RESHAPES NORTH AMERICAN MANAGEMENT
TNT, the express delivery and logistics subsidiary of the
Netherlands-based TNT Post Group, has created a new position to oversee the company’s
North American air express operations.
Mark Gunton, a 10-year TNT veteran with extensive experience in the company’s
financial workings, has been named general manager and vice president for North America.
Gunton has served as TNT’s chief financial officer in the Americas and, most recently, as
vice president of finance and planning for parent company TPG. He has overall
responsibility for TNT’s express operations in the United States and Canada.
Gunton replaces TNT veteran David Siegfried, vice president and general
manager for TNT’s U.S. express division. A TNT spokesperson said Siegfried has left the
company to pursue other interests.
Klive Sheppherd, president of TNT International Express-Canada, retains his
role but will report to Gunton.
