The non-vessel-operating common carrier subsidiary of Europe Cargo BVBA, Trans Ocean Pacific (TOP), has been absorbed into its parent.
The move allows Europe Cargo to combine its freight forwarding and consolidation activities.
“One business name is easier to market than two, especially as they are involved in similar business. But there will be no changes to ownership, management or staff, address, or contact details,” said Director Eric Vrolijk in a statement.
Europe Cargo was started in 1992 and TOP was launched a year later.
