TOWER EXPANDS FORWARDING OPERATIONS IN CHINA
Tower Group Asia has announced plans to expand its operations in China to
Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
To add these cities, Tower had to seek approval from the Chinese
Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to extend its Class A forwarder’s
license beyond Chongqing, China.
The Class A license allows Tower to book cargo and reserve space
directly with air carriers, as well as domestic distribution, warehousing
and customs brokerage services, without having to go through third parties.
