Towing of MOL Comfort resumes

   MOL said it is continuing to tow the fore portion of the containership MOL Comfort to a port where containers can be salvaged.
   The company said tow wires became disconnected on July 1, but “recovery work was completed and we have resumed towing operation.”
   The ship’s hull fractured on June 17 and the rear portion sank several days later. The company said the fore part of the ship is located near 17’14”N 68’48”E. – Chris Dupin
