TRAILER BRIDGE ADDS INTERNET TRACKING SERVICE
Trailer Bridge, the U.S. mainland/Puerto Rico operator, has introduced an Internet shipment tracking service.
Shippers can now track their shipments in three ways: by tracking their booking on the carrier’s web site; by having shipment tracking information automatically e-mailed to them; or by contacting the carrier’s customer services staff by telephone.
Trailer Bridge said that shippers who tested the tracking service found that receiving information automatically by e-mail saves them time. They can select the time and format they prefer for these messages.
