TT CLUB INCOME FALLS; NEW BUSINESS IS UP
The Through Transport (TT) Club said that for new business, gains outstripped losses by 26 percent in premiums and by 15 percent in overall numbers.
The results shown in financial statements issued in May “therefore mask the true strength of the Club’s finances,” a spokesman said.
The TT Club reported that income declined for the first time in several years, due to a significant reduction in investment returns and the decline of European currency.
