Tutuncu joins PB
Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization, has named Ilker Tutuncu principal engineer in its New York City office.
In his new position in PB's Ports & Marine Division, Tutuncu will be responsible for engineering and design management of port and marine structures and also will support port and intermodal planning projects.
Tutuncu has nearly 15 years of industry experience, mostly in the maritime sector, working on large public and private port and marine terminal projects throughout the U.S. and abroad.
