U.S. Bank boosts freight pay management team

   U.S. Bank, a large volume freight payment provider, plans for continued growth of its transportation business by hiring two new managers.
   Keith Stopyra joins the bank’s Corporate Payments Systems business as Northeast regional sales manager for transportation payment solutions. Formerly with liner carrier “K” Line, Stopyra brings more than 15 years of experience in transportation and logistics sales and service.
   Robert Maidman also joins Corporate Payment Systems as transportation payments program manager. Maidman, a 25-year logistics industry veteran, will evaluate markets and trends for new product development in transportation payment systems. He previously held positions with Romar International and Accenture.
   U.S. Bank Transportation Solutions processes more than 27 million invoices a year, while identifying more than $440 million in invoicing errors on behalf of shippers and carriers.
