U.S. Venture, Inc. announces new CNG division

The energy and automotive product distributor will call the new corporate division U.S. Gain.

U.S. Venture, Inc. established a separate corporate division for its compressed natural gas (CNG) business dubbed U.S. Gain.
The new division will include all functions related to the company’s CNG network for commercial fleet operators and shippers. The company will market the network under its GAIN Clean Fuel brand, which has 39 sites operational or underway in North America. U.S. Venture said in a statement that it has “a target of 100 locations in the next two years” for the GAIN brand.
U.S. Venture President John Schmidt said “We are very excited about our new U.S. Gain division. This move supports the U.S. Venture vision of being the very best value-adding distributor of products that vehicles consume in North America. It recognizes the strategic importance and role U.S. Gain will play in achieving that vision.”
Bill Renz, U.S. Gain general manager added “The new division emphasizes U.S Venture’s commitment to this growing category and to the GAIN Clean Fuel brand. The quality way we do business will not change, and our goal remains to be a leading national supplier to our commercial customers.”
The Appleton, Wisconsin-based company is a distributor of energy, automotive and lubricant products in North America.
GAIN Clean Fuel was previously managed within the company’s U.S. Oil division, which is primarily focused on petroleum and biofuel distribution, trading and terminal operations. U.S. Venture’s other two divisions are U.S. AutoForce and U.S. Lubricants.
