The ocean carrier opened a new joint-venture agency in Uruguay and will inaugurate new agencies in Brazil and Argentina.
Ocean carrier United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) opened a new joint venture agency in Uruguay.
In addition, the ocean carrier will inaugurate new agencies soon in Brazil and Argentina, according to UASC Chief Commercial Officer Uffe Østergaard.
“UASC has expanded its presence in South America in 2015, now serving all major ports along the Brazilian East Coast and the River Plate on a weekly basis and providing customers with access to an enhanced product offering, connecting the South American markets with Asia, Indian sub-continent, Red Sea, Middle East, North Europe and Mediterranean,” Østergaard said in a statement.
