Allport Cargo Services and Keswick Enterprises said the new joint venture, ACS Romania, will benefit customers with domestic transport and international freight forwarding requirements in and out of the country.
Freight forwarder Allport Cargo Services and Keswick Enterprises, an investor in supply-chain related businesses, have formed a joint venture company in Romania known as ACS Romania.
Based out of the country’s capital city of Bucharest in Southern Romania, the joint venture is designed to benefit customers with domestic transport and international freight forwarding requirements to and from Romania by providing more options, raising efficiency and offering more value for their money, Keswick Enterprises said in a statement.
In order to do so, the partners will enhance road, sea and airfreight services across Southeast Europe.
Based out of the United Kingdom, Allport Cargo Services operates in 30 countries with representation in an additional 100 countries.
Keswick Enterprises is also based out of the UK and operates six main operating business units, including Tibbett Logistics, the largest logistics services provider in Romania. Keswick’s other subsidiary companies are Graphene Partners, Spatial Global, SGL Co-packing, Keswick Vector SCM Polska and LogMatrix-Keswick.
