VARSITY LOGISTICS, EWS TO CREATE APPLICATIONS FOR SAP USERS
Varsity Logistics Inc., based in San Francisco, a provider of supply chain execution software, has formed a strategic alliance with Ehrhardt Warehouse Management Systems, based in South Orange, N.J., to create supply chain applications for SAP users.
Under terms of the agreement, Varsity’s ShipSoft transportation management software will integrate with EWS’s LFS 400 warehouse management system “to extend the power of SAP through the shipment process,” said a joint statement.
“Together with Varsity, we provide SAP users with a logistics solution that increases accuracy, on-time delivery and tracking, while decreasing operational costs,” said Norbert Haas, general manager of EWS.
