Wen-Parker Logistics’ (WPL) regional subsidiary in India has obtained a license to operate as a non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) in Chennai, the company said in a statement.
The Mahwah, N.J.-based third-party logistics provider said Indian Customs office awarded the NVOCC license, which will allow WPL to expand their portfolio of services for inbound and outbound cargo in Chennai, following a detailed assessment of the company’s plans.
