As an attorney and an owner of trucking company, it is easy to see that while she made claim to be a transportation attorney, she only sees things from the perspective of large, legal freight carriers. There are so many other types of trucking for which the HOS are a huge constraint. We have consistently been compliant but strongly believe that the HOS need modernization and an overhaul.
Noble1 suggests SMART truck drivers should UNITE & collectively cut out the middlemen from picking truck driver pockets ! IMHO
