Woodfield Distribution, LLC, a pharmaceutical logistics provider headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla., has established a physical presence in the northeastern United States by signing a lease for a 63,500-square-foot space in South Brunswick, N.J.
Woodfield Distribution, also referred to as WDSrx, said that limited operations at the facility will commence in January, with increased operations planned in the first quarter of 2018.
“With more than 3,200 life sciences establishments, including 13 of the top 20 biopharmaceutical companies in the world operating in our state, WDSrx is well positioned to capitalize on our industry’s strength with its new warehouse in South Brunswick,” said Michele Brown, president and chief executive officer of the economic development organization Choose New Jersey, Inc.
WDSrx also operates facilities in Boca Raton, Fla.; Pompano Beach, Fla.; and Sugar Land, Texas. Just last month, the company signed a lease for a 44,043-square-foot space in Pompano Beach beside an existing 38,000-square-foot facility it leases.
