The WorldWide Alliance, a network of neutral non-vessel-operating common carriers, has launched WWA 2.0, its second-generation iPad application.
The upgraded version features a new design and enhanced navigation. The application allows WWA customers to submit booking requests, track shipments, look up less-than-containerload rates globally and manage documents through SmartDocs.
“With the release of WWA 2.0, we are bringing the newest technology to our customer’s finger tips and giving them tools that are at the forefront of our industry,” said Robert Zorzi, managing director of the WorldWide Alliance. “Features such as Global LCL Rates and our Live Vessel Tracker give customers the visibility that is needed in our industry today and moving forward.”
WWA 2.0 is now available and can be downloaded for free.
WWA’s management is based in Hoboken, N.J. There are 24 members from 142 offices offering more than 1,840 direct weekly global LCL services.
