The U.S. didn’t file an appeal with the WTO Appellate Body within the required 60-day timeframe, so the ruling became final.
The Commerce Department set the duties in July 2014, ranging from 9.9 percent to 15.8 percent, and in April, Commerce released administrative review widened duties on OCTG to 2.76 to 24.9 percent.
