Yamaha Motor Europe and Yusen Logistics Benelux have announced a deal that will allow Yusen to take over some of Yamaha’s European warehouse operational activities in January.
Yusen Logistics Benelux will take control of the warehouse function in the European spare parts distribution center of Yamaha Motor Europe at Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands. As a result, 69 Yamaha employees will become employed at Yusen Logistics Benelux.
Yamaha’s Schiphol-Rijk facility stores more than 120,000 spare parts and handles up to 3,000 orders daily.
