The less-than-truckload carrier YRC Freight on Tuesday said it has released a new dimensional web quoting application via the company’s redesigned website.
The quoting application is designed to make it easier for customers to obtain a competitive quote based on density, schedule a pickup, and pay instantly with a credit card. Customers no longer need to know the class or commodity of their freight, and do not need to have an established account and or set one up.
“Designed with input from our customers, the enhanced YRC Freight website and this new dimensional web quoting application are offerings that we believe will provide our customers with technology they can use to help them meet the demands of their business,” YRC Freight President Darren Hawkins said.
