New St. Louis distribution center
Builders and developers of a new distribution facility in St. Louis say it is one of the largest new warehouses built in the city in recent years.
The 420,000 square foot North Broadway Distribution Center in St. Louis was completed last month and International Food Products Corp. has leased 120,000 square feet for its St. Louis warehouse.
Balke Brown Associates is the developer and owner of the $12.6 million project, which was built and designed by Clayco Inc. and Forum Studio Inc.
