Mitsubishi leases ProLogis DC in Shanghai
Mitsubishi Logistics has leased a 174,000-square-foot distribution center facility from ProLogis in the Pudong area of Shanghai, the Denver Business Journal reported.
It’s the first such contract between the Japanese company and Denver-based ProLogis, the world's largest distribution and warehouse developer. ProLogis has more than 30 million square feet of distribution space either in operation or under development in China, it’s biggest market outside the United States.
